The Association of Catholic Student Councils (TACSC) is a California non-profit corporation which serves Catholic elementary and junior high schools across the country. TACSC was founded in April of 1982, and its purposes are to:

• Encourage the establishment of student councils, or similar student leader programs, at the elementary and junior high levels.
• Support existing student government and leadership programs within schools.
• Provide in-service and educational materials for student leaders, their advisors, and school administration
